Priorities

Allow Father to set your priorities
She speaks them to your heart
If you will only listen
The Narrow Path you will not depart.

Father knows better than anyone
The pressures you are under
The ways they pull at you for your time
And energy can be greatly numbered.

Without our Father’s guidance
The world will creep inside
Our hearts, our minds, our needs, our wants
To earthly things we’re tied

But if you stop and pray and listen
As much as you can do
You will be in the world not of it
A new heart will be given to you.
